Had a fantastic time with friends! The place had tons of slots and table games. The poker tables were a hit with our group. The buffet was surprisingly good for only $20, and the rooms were clean and comfy. What really struck me was the friendly staff and how secure everything felt. Definitely aiming to return for a longer stay next time!
The only downside was the loud live band. It was tough to enjoy music when it was way too loud. We ended up sitting in the Cafe to relax a bit.

great access to attractions and park views for city strolls
I truly enjoyed my stay with a spacious, quiet room that provided easy access to various attractions nearby. plus, the friendly staff added to the welcoming atmosphere which made my weekend city strolls memorable. this hotel doesn't have breakfast options until late, but the 4-Star Diner just across the street serves fantastic meals and is perfect for starting your day right before your adventures.

Family with children loved this place!
The rooms are spacious and clean! I was shocked by how comfy the bed was, it was better than some hotels I’ve been to in my life. Plus, everything felt nice and fresh!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

Enjoyed my stay at Cherokee Casino Hotel! We had a cozy King Room that impressed with its cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. The staff, particularly Dawn at the front desk, provided excellent service. Minor hiccups like outdated restaurant info didn’t overshadow a lovely experience overall.

great stay but minor issues
Dawn at the front desk made check-in easy with her friendly and knowledgeable service. The room had wonderful lighting and was the most spacious we encountered on our trip.
The parking layout could be confusing at first.

I had a fantastic time at Cherokee Casino Hotel. The location is perfect, right off I-40, making it easy to get on the road. The King Room I stayed in was impressively spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed felt super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. I loved the huge shower in the bathroom. it was a real treat. The staff was friendly and treated me like family. Mr Jacob at the front desk was especially helpful. The casino atmosphere was lively, with just the right amount of people—not too crowded but busy enough to keep it fun. I enjoyed the all-you-can-eat buffet, which had a great dining value for just $20. I noticed there were some accessibility issues, particularly with the elevators, which could be improved to help all guests navigate comfortably. The live band performance was enjoyable, although it got a bit too loud at times, making it hard to sit up close and listen. Despite a few minor issues, I loved it and would gladly return.

Immaculate Stay with Exceptional Comfort
I recently had a wonderful stay in a King Room. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it felt like the room had been sealed off after cleaning, which gave me peace of mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night. I also appreciated the secure parking provided by the casino's extensive security measures, ensuring safety for my vehicle. One downside was that I didn't explore the dining options, as I mostly focused on the room.
